The Chamber Name: The Chamber for Impex, Traditional & Integrated Health – Registered under the Companies Act, 2013 for promotion of commerce and not-for-profit purposes, recognized by the Union Ministry of Corporate Affairs & other relevant Government of India agencies.

The Chamber Registered Objects: The main aims of The Chamber pursuant to its incorporation are as below.

1. To represent & promote stakeholders – manufacturers, doctors, paramedics, academia, professionals, importers-exporters, dealers-distributors…

2. To promote bilateral relations between India and other countries to increase: 2a – Foreign exchange, 2b – Better sourcing, 2c – Indigenous production, 2d – Export promotion, 2e – Import substitution, 2f – Knowledge sharing, 2g – Technology upgradation, 2h – Cost-effective technologies, 2i – Pollution-free equipment, 2j – Human resource development

3. The Chamber for Import Export & Health is to undertake activities like: 3a – Organizing events, (expos, tours, seminars, workshops, conferences); 3b – Liaising with stakeholders (Govt & authorities/organizations in India & overseas); 3c – Publishing material and creating linkages between related sectors; 3d – Recognizing & honouring individuals & organizations for achievements with awards, certificates, etc.

The Chamber Membership: There are various categories of memberships including – Patron, Corporate, Ordinary, Associate, Professional, Student, Life, etc. to avail of, details of which can be got on request. The operations and activities of The Impex & Health Chamber are conducted overseas in the African, European and Asian sub- continents. In India, there are 5 Regional Councils (North, South, East, West & Central) and State Councils, headquartered at their respective capital cities. Each council is headed by a Chairperson, Vice-Chairman (optional), Secretary, treasurer & up to 3 council executive committee members.   Any Individual, Company, Limited Liability Partnership, Partnership Firm, Proprietorship Firm, Hindu Undivided Family, Body Corporate or any other entity which is registered  under the applicable statutes in India and abroad. Hence, apart from companies, we also have Banks & Financial Institutions,  Professional Service Providers, Chartered Accountants, Consultancy or Law Firms,  Foreign Nationals / Foreign Body Corporate / Foreign Association, Educational Institutions, NGOs, Think-tanks, Research Organizations, Industrial Associations, Public or Charitable Trusts, etc.
